Professional Chef Training Course
The Course is divided into 6 phases as follows;
Cake Making
Pastries
African
Continental Culinary Arts
Customers service/food service training
Apprenticeship (IT)
During the course, participants will attend theory and practical (Hands-on) classes where they will be taught the fundamentals of cooking in professional manner.
Each session helps you develop competence in food preparation and presentation. Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a chef certificate in culinary and pastry arts. The last phase will involve apprenticeship

Application is straightforward. Recruitment is on-going through throughout the year. Simply fill in the application form below and someone from the catering school will contact you.
Application are also invited from employees in the catering industry looking to upgrade existing qualification or be certified on existing skills
Admission is on first come first serve basis as places are limited in the School.

Completed applications to be submitted with relevant documents. Similarly, fees, once paid are non-refundable except where the student is not admissible. Students are expected to attend class regularly and be punctual. School reserved the right to revoke student registration.
